Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using LaunchLift ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account rules

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • You may not share your account credentials with others.
  • One person or organisation may operate one workspace unless otherwise agreed.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use LaunchLift to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Send unsolicited bulk email or spam to campaign subscribers.
  • Collect personal data without appropriate notice or consent.
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious software.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.

Campaign subscribers you collect through LaunchLift must have opted in or have a legitimate interest relationship with your product. You are responsible for your own compliance with applicable marketing and privacy laws.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create in LaunchLift (campaigns, copy, uploaded assets). You grant us a limited licence to store and serve that content as necessary to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend access for security or compliance reasons with notice where feasible.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may delete your account by contacting privacy@launchlift.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

On termination, your access to the Service ends. Data deletion follows the process described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAUNCHLIFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Governing law

[Governing law jurisdiction to be confirmed before launch.] These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
